The city’s new $22 million Huntsville Aquatics Center opened in July 2017. The stunning new facility features three large pools, new restrooms, conference and hospitality space, offices and concessions, and a new terrace overlooking the Brahan Spring Park lagoon. This incredible facility will enable the city to serve more people than ever, with the addition of swim meets, classes, senior therapy sessions, and swim lessons.

With the 90,000 sq. ft. addition to the Brahan Natatorium, the facility includes a new 50-meter competition pool and a new instructional pool. The city now has two Olympic size pools for competition use and the largest spectator seating capacity in the state for 1,400 patrons.
