    In 2016, Waves of Wilmington Swim Team retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to conduct a Feasibility Study regarding the potential building of an aquatic center in Wilmington, NC. Three scenarios for various sized competition pools and future programming were developed, along with opinions of project costs, revenue, and expenses.
