Counsilman-Hunsaker is proud to announce its partnership with USA Swimming to support the SwimToday campaign, a marketing collaboration
developed by a group of industry-leading organizations in an effort to bring increased awareness and grow the sport of swimming. "We are excited about this opportunity to promote the sport and give back to the swimming community," said Scott Hester, President
of Counsilman-Hunsaker.
USA Swimming is the national governing body for the sport of swimming in the United States and is a 400,000-member service organization that
promotes the culture of swimming by creating opportunities for swimmers and coaches of all backgrounds to participate and advance in the sport through clubs, events and education. They are also responsible for selecting and training teams for international
competition including the Olympic Games, and strives to serve the sport through its core objectives: Build the Base, Promote the Sport, Achieve Competitive Success.

Nick Balsman
Project Director
In his role as a Project Director, Nick’s primary focus includes leading projects in the Midwest region of the United States. With his unique
background of architectural design as well as his technical engineering skills, he is able to develop creative but functional solutions resulting in successful facilities.
Nick earned a Master of Architecture degree from Kansas University and is currently pursuing his Professional Architect’s license. He is also
a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in building design and construction.

Nicole King
Production Drafter
As a member of the Production Team, Nicole is responsible for the production of construction documents for various types of aquatic projects.
Having a background in Architectural Technology gives her the ability to produce quality drawings for the client.
Nicole graduated from Ranken Technical College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Technology as well as Interior Design.

Cary Dennis, M.E.
Project Manager
Over the last 20 years, Cary has acquired a broad range of unique experience that ranges from initial concept design through every facet of construction. He
has acquired extensive knowledge while in the construction industry building aquatic facilities which gives him a special insight that he uses when designing new projects.
Cary earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University.

Todd Hoosack
Production Drafter
As a member of the Production Team, Todd’s background in Architecture and Design ranges from initial design development to completion of construction
documents. Todd is also well-versed in the area of visual renderings whether computer generated or produced by hand utilizing various forms of media.
Todd is a Kansas State University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture.
